INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION
Toast of Tampa was thrilled to represent Region 9 at the International Competition in Louisville in November 2023. It was great to be on the International stage again after a four-year hiatus due to the Pandemic. Our theme for the week was Mary Poppins, and we enjoyed singing the wonderful arrangements that were written for us by Clay Hine and Gary Lewis. Throughout the week we sang songs from the original Mary Poppins movie, Mary Poppins Returns, and from the Broadway show.
Congratulations to Radiant Quartet (Abbie Owens - Tenor, Hannah Paschal - Lead, Emma Paschal - Baritone, Katie Vincent - Bass), for their 2nd Place finish in the Rising Star Contest!!! Abbie and Hannah are members of TOT.
Congratulations to No Curfew Quartet (Donna Adams - tenor, Shamane Fernandez - lead, Julie Vaughn - bari, Su Hallenbeck - bass) on their 4th Place finish in the Diamond Division Contest! Way to go! Julie and Su are members of TOT.
Congratulations to our brothers in harmony, The Heralds of Harmony, on their 3rd Place finish at the BHS International Competition in Louisville, KY, during the first week of July! We are so proud of them and of their directors, our own Tony De Rosa and our coach and friend, Clay Hine.
